Observe and interview staff regarding behavioral concerns to inform the Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS)/Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) Assistant.
Implement specific behavior support strategies as outlined in the Behavior Support Plan (BSP) including but not limited to, preference assessments, functional communication, and differential reinforcement interventions.
Implement and monitor ongoing data collection to assess progress of the BSP.
