Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) NEW HIRE BONUS! The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for training and managing a team of assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior technicians/RBTs in the implementation of individualized treatment plans using the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
