Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
Ensures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the
continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individualized data driven goals and objectives
Trains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, etc. in the home, community, and center
Conducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed plan
Completes re-assessments and writes reports per insurance guidelines
Participates in regular clinical meetings
Agrees to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of patient care time each work week.
Completes documentation of services in a timely manner
Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTs
Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
Completes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelines
Competently delivers services via telehealth, when necessary
Maintains accurate and up to date "CAQH" profile and NPI
Collaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educators
Completes and maintains all mandatory in house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline
Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system
Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board's "The Professional and
Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts".

How you'll contribute
A PHP Therapist who excels in this role will:
Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems
Displays active involvement in treatment planning process
Displays active involvement in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning treatment process
As therapeutically necessary, provides family session counseling to patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups.
Support with vital and UDS capture as needed
Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources, functioning within the scope of HIPAA and 42 CFT Part 2
Demonstrates proactive communication with those involved with the patient's treatment, documenting all correspondence held with patients and other stakeholders.
Ongoing and consistent collaboration with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review and nursing staff members
Demonstrates active communication with team members
Effectively communicates to UR on treatment and LOS issues, supporting UR functions/authorizations/denials as needed and requested
Completes appropriate paperwork for clients in a timely, accurate and complete manner
Completes required assessment paperwork including patient assessment scales, Columbia, psychosocial/LOC assessments (not applicable at all facilities) psychosocial/LOC updates, and assigned assessment paperwork
Demonstrates appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation skills. Acts as a member of team when crisis occurs, assisting others to ensure patient safety
Enacts the code system per company policy and training
Completes accurate assessments of patients utilizing clinical skills. Assists care coordinate department as requested
Other duties as assigned by leadership

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a Master's degree in social work or counseling. Additional requirements include:

In this role you will:
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting (paid training provided)
Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting
Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support
Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team
Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices both on and off the job. (We provide PPE, caregiver communication tools and practices, and limit exposure through small work groups.
Communicate clearly and effectively - both orally and written - with clients, families, and colleagues
Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.
Role Details
Availability Monday- Friday 7:50 AM - 5:30 PM, and 2 Saturdays a month. 20-30 hours a week. Must be available during this time frame daily.

Up to $21.00/hour, based on experience and progression through our Level Up program

You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
Identify and meet patients' goals and needs.
Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility.
Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery.
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions.
Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally.
Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Consult and practice with other health professionals.
Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a physical therapist
Intensive education and clinical expertise
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
Current knowledge of treatment practices
Drive to continually learn and grow.
Professional behavior
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Valid license to practice physical therapy.
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a DPT degree in physical therapy.
1-2 years experience preferred, will consider new grads
Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred
