The Behavior Interventionist will deliver clinical behavior reduction programs and clinical instruction based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis to clients of Diversity Bx, LLC in the home, community, center, and school settings. The Behavior Interventionist will collect data on skill acquisition programs and behaviors throughout each session. The Behavior Interventionist will be responsible for reporting to the clinical supervision team with any programing concerns, new behaviors, or parent concerns within 24 hours. The Behavior Interventionist will be responsible for the following duties: administration duties, case management, clinical duties, and internal communication.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Under the supervision of the clinical supervisor and/or program supervisor, provide direct ABA services in a 1:1 and group settings utilizing the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Implement the skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals that have been prescribed by the overseeing clinical supervisor.
Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals every session.
Maintain client data in the home by updating program data sheets within the required timeframe on our online data collection platform.
Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the overseeing clinical supervisor.
Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies when working with clients.
Maintain client confidentiality based on HIPAA guidelines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
Maintain and acquire ABA knowledge and skills by attending assigned staff trainings or meetings.
Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities.
Reporting Relationship:
The Behavior Interventionist reports directly to Clinical Supervision Team.
