Duties and Responsibilities:

Full-time Description
Answer various member inquiries and questions regarding the products and services offered. Communicate with members primarily via telephone however some communications by fax, mail, or other electronic channels are required.
Essential Functions
Answering inbound calls and assisting members who have particular inquiries or questions. Effectively deal with upset members and resolve member requests and questions promptly, courteously, and professionally. Explain credit union policies and procedures to members as required. Complete help desk tickets or paperwork with the appropriate department as necessary to expedite members' requests.
Promote and deliver a full range of products and services. Explain the features and benefits of credit union products and services.
Process basic member requests received such as but not limited to: account transfers, wire transfers, loan payments, loan applications, check orders, debit card orders, statement requests and stop payments. Perform account file maintenance received by members via phone, fax or by other electronic channels.
Keep up to date with changes related to credit union policies, procedures, products, and services by reading intranet, e-mails, and other documentation provided. Other duties as assigned.
Non-essential Functions
Other duties as assigned. May perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input, scanning of documents & answering the telephone.

Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations pertaining to the financial industry.

Maintain monthly/weekly call volume as established by the MRC manager.
Ensure the Credit Union's professional reputation is maintained and conveyed.
Requirements
Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a financial institution as a teller or member services representative.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Must communicate effectively with members, supervisors, and co-workers. Perform minor math calculations and demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, proficient member service skills, and work with a cooperative team spirit. Ability to work in a changing environment, identify member financial needs and deal with stressful situations. Must work effectively in high-traffic positions with heavy workloads while displaying a professional attitude.

Job Description
Bohannan Huston is currently seeking a full-time experienced Construction Observer to join our Construction Engineering Group for projects in Albuquerque and statewide. As an experienced Construction Observer with over 10 years of experience, you will play a critical role in representing the project owner on-site, ensuring that the contractor's work is executed in accordance with design plans, specifications, and applicable standards. You will provide detailed daily written and photographic documentation of construction progress and work closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
This role encompasses tasks such as:
Monitoring construction activities
Writing daily field reports
Tracking material quantities
Interpreting plans and specifications
Maintaining a redline set of construction drawings
Assisting the engineer with RFIs
Reviewing material submittals
Performing and coordinating field testing of materials
Assisting Project Managers with other miscellaneous tasks related to construction management and inspection
Certification: Certification for Portable Material Densometer and Field Concrete Testing Certification is required within 3 months of employment through the BHI training program.
WHO YOU ARE
You have at least 10 years of experience in construction or construction observation of civil infrastructure projects.
You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
You are customer focused.
You have a valid NM driver's license with no major driving violations in the last 3 years.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills, computer skills (Word and Excel).
You can effectively coordinate and communicate with a contractor about technical and project issues.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and determined to uphold project quality.
You can read, interpret, and understand construction plans and specifications.
You can sample construction materials such as Base Course, Asphalt, Aggregates

Position Purpose:
The Corporate Revenue Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue performance across a portfolio of luxury hotels. This strategic leader is responsible for optimizing pricing, distribution, and inventory control to maximize overall revenue and profitability.
