Check resident's chart for history, physical and for pertinent information to determine precautions to be observed at bedside.
Observe and chart: pulse, respiration, breath sounds (number and quality), and resident's general appearance, including breathing exercises and teaching and training to residents.
Notify supervisor of all new starts and discontinued residents.Administers proper technical respiratory care procedures. Dispenses proper dosage of medication, acquires and adjusts devices to insure optimal results from therapy. This includes mask, mouthpiece, or Trach equipment for resident's comfort and ease of operation, regulates flow and pressure of equipment. Observes resident's respiratory rate and pattern, pulse, breath sounds, reaction to medication, any difficulty with therapy during and after treatment. Chart and communicate to the resident's nurse any pertinent information. Observe thorough and accurate charting technique.Inspects and tests equipment, disassembles, cleans, reassembles equipment as required. Maintains adequate supply of necessary equipment. Performs administrative duties and record keeping when required. Disposes of equipment properly.Assists in emergency cardio-pulmonary resuscitation as an integral part of the emergency team. The Submarine Systems Quality Assurance Specialist position will manage the reviews of material compliance to specifications and requirements, ensure chemistry and metallurgical properties meet specifications, develop welding processes and analyze the effectiveness, perform non-destructive testing of systems and components, provide inspection services for materials, critical component configurations, certification of special emphasis program work, perform contract oversight and perform quality analysis via multiple documented processes to evaluate the quality of the products we deliver to the Fleet. The candidate's primary duties and responsibilities include:
Establish and Conduct Vendor oversight surveillance observations of in-process work and testing and review of final Objective Quality Evidence Data to determine compliance with performance and contract requirements and make recommendations of acceptability to NAVY.
Perform inspection of manufactured equipment/components for Material identification markings and inventory (kick and count type inspection) and provide reports to NAVY.
Perform onsite evaluation of vendor's manufacture, assembly, repair and testing processes for contract and specification compliance.
Provide evaluation, trouble shooting and investigation of Submarine Sail HM&E Systems and Equipment problems/issues and recommend possible solutions to solve problems/issues.
Review and investigate non-conformances and discrepancies found during disassembly inspections, manufacture, repair/modifications, assembly and testing phases and provide possible corrective and preventative action recommendations to adjudicate.
Perform surveillance observations/oversight of shipboard and in shop in-process SUBSAFE work/testing.
Develop and maintain checklist/attribute guides for performing SUBSAFE Functional and In-Process Audits of OII-MSD's quality system and SUBSAFE work/testing.
Responsible for the review and audit of Re-Entry Control (REC) and Task Group Instructions (TGI) and associated Objective Quality Evidence packages for compliance to SUBSAFE requirements and specifications
While this is a hybrid position the candidate needs to be local to the Philadelphia area to come in as needed.

Third-party contracts are those contracts between the PA Turnpike and external vendors that are not the result of a direct competitive bidding process.
• Serve as a subject matter expert supporting the execution of multiple agreements with Payment Services Providers (PSPs) related to UBOS.
• Coordinate contract execution activities across vendors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant completion of digital payments agreements.
• Coordinate with multiple payment vendors and service providers to support negotiation finalization, contract execution, and readiness activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related questions, providing informed responses to legal counsel, procurement, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide subject matter expertise on payment services and processing models, ensuring contractual terms align with operational, settlement, and integration realities.
• Review, analyze, and validate contract language related to payment processing, settlement, refunds, network tokenization, security, fraud prevention, and operational responsibilities.
• Support and track all activities related to the procurement, negotiation, and execution of digital payment vendor agreements.
• Maintain clear ownership of contract status, risks, dependencies, and execution timelines across all payment vendors.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports summarizing progress, risks, open items, and next steps for each vendor agreement.
• Respond independently to business, operational, and technology-related contract inquiries, minimizing dependency on project technical and business teams.
• Ensure contract activities align with organizational standards, policies, and governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with PTC legal, procurement, technology leadership, business owners, vendors, and project sponsors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the UBOS Third-Party Contracts Lead.
• Fully document all created work associated with this position, including technical and functional designs and diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, best practices for others to follow, plus any other documentation as required by the Commission. This documentation shall follow the format and / or templates as instructed by the Commission.
• Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
• Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.
• Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned.
• Adhere to and follow all The Commission standards, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.
• Perform tasks and other duties as related to this position and role and assigned by the Commission.
Qualifications
• Required - Proven experience in digital payments, contract management, or related fields.
• Required - Strong understanding of payment services, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Required - Ability to manage multiple agreements and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Required - Familiarity with compliance requirements for payment services and third-party contracts.
• Required - Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems; Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
• Highly desired - Experience working with Payment Services Providers.
