The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all incoming Billing, Eligibility, benefits, claims, appeals and grievances calls, chat, e-mails and serving as the primary point of contact for departmental inquiries. Answering and managing inbound calls from the Mission Control Call Center for billing questions and disputes.
