This role will require being full-time onsite at our Palo Alto office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Lead a large, strategic organization composed of multiple engineering teams and managers, ensuring a clear impact on the success of BitGo.
Own the success of the Infrastructure department, making decisions that consistently drive the achievement of departmental and company OKRs.
Be accountable for the overall technical integrity, operational health, and fiscal responsibility of our core infrastructure. This includes upholding a high technical bar while making pragmatic, data-driven decisions on budget and resource allocation.
Ensure the organization is resilient, responsive, and able to quickly address changing business conditions or critical production issues.
Collaborate effectively with senior leaders across engineering, product, security, and finance to break down organizational silos and align the infrastructure roadmap with business priorities.
Define and communicate a multi-year technical vision and strategy for Infrastructure that aligns with BitGo's ambitious growth plans in the crypto fintech space.

Required
10+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability role
4+ years of experience successfully leading geographically distributed teams of 4+ engineers

Strong experience working with Kubernetes workloads in production environments
Strong experience working with CI/CD tooling
Strong familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Loki and ELK

Pinterest is looking for a methodical and thoughtful Senior Product Designer with a passion for translating complex data and workflows into simple, easy to use UI. You'll partner with the Merchant Product Design team and work closely with the XFN partners to evolve our catalog management tools to help merchants grow their business on Pinterest.
What you'll do:
Own revenue and user experience impactful projects by both executing the design and influencing others
Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and research to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions
Collaborate with and manage feedback from stakeholders across the company
Work alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases
Uphold and inspire a high level of design execution across the team
Mentor junior designers
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience
Must have experience designing for B2B tools, having merchant or advertiser domain knowledge is a plus
Proven track record envisioning, building, and iterating on digital ad products in close partnership with product management and engineering
Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills (prototyping is a must), product thinking and business acumen. Experiences designing for both mobile + web platforms
Strong ability to balance different audiences user needs and leading multiple work-streams with potential other IC support
Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems they're solving
Attention to detail and a sense of pride and ownership over the quality of the product
Great XFN communication skills to drive alignment and lead with user experience in mind
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and other graphic design principles
Ability to work within and extend a design system. Experience working in design systems and/or product redesigns is a plus
Team player with strong collaboration skills and providing mentorship to junior designers
High level of self-awareness with a growth mindset

BitGo is currently looking to expand our Ecosystem Sales team at the Director level. This role will report directly to the Managing Director of our Ecosystem Team and is a great opportunity for business development professionals within financial services and cryptocurrency. We're looking for candidates who can cover North/South America and European timezones.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Head of Ecosystem to co-own client relationships.
Provide support for live deals, including but not limited to preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with other internal teams.
Produce market research and analysis on various aspects of the crypto ecosystem.
Support the development of new services geared towards developers and early stage startups.
Co-own and organize client relationships: help with contracting, administrative tasks, billing, bridging the gap between internal stakeholders and external clients.
Be an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGo's token management, custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products.
Work in a fast paced environment, driving and managing client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple teams including trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support.
Requirements
3-10 years of experience working in a client facing role.
2+ years of experience in crypto.
Passionate about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
Deep understanding of the entire crypto ecosystem and trends in the market: L1, L2, DeFi, GameFi, DePIN, etc.
Data-driven and analytical with the ability to translate data and trends into strategies.
Ability to work in a competitive, fast paced environment.
Nice To Haves
Have established relationships with coin foundations, token projects, and Venture Capital firms.
Prior experience working in a startup or working with startups.
Knowledge of financial markets, custody, prime brokerage, lending, and/or trading is a plus.
