Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: + Assist customers with questions and recommendations + Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register + Maintain security of cash and protect company assets + Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise + Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards + Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders + Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable + Other duties as assigned* **Skills and Experience:** + High school diploma or equivalent is preferred + Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred + Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required + Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting + Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required + Strong organizational and communication skills are required + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required **Perks and Benefits:** We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
