Required profile:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Must possess a deep understanding of AEM's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Health & Safety Management System and ensure project operations are consistently adhering to these procedures.
As the site safety ambassador, you will be expected to ensure all work is conducted in a safe and healthy manner, ensure the weekly safety meeting are managed, attend client safety meetings as required and uphold the AEM safety policies and described in the SOP. Oversee the work, progress and productivity of AEM personnel assigned to the site or project.
Generate Inspection Progress Reports and distribute as per site-specific distribution lists.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly QA/QC activities in accordance with AEM's SOP.
Oversee the integrity, accuracy and security of all data maintained by the project's LDAR data management system which includes the information contained on all reports issued to AEM and project site personnel.
Use LDAR data management system to ensure compliance with all inventorying, monitoring, repair and reinspection requirements as dictated by applicable regulations.
Generate and maintain required reports for customer to measure productivity and ensure schedules are being met.
Ensure operational and quality compliance issues are rectified immediately.
Participate in new hire recruiting and interviewing. Lead new hire on-boarding which includes conducting and/or overseeing new hire initial training.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of the precision calibration procedures executed for monitoring instruments per EPA Method 21.
Maintain inventory of all company equipment, ensure preventative maintenance steps are implemented and address damaged equipment needing repair.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Outdoor work in petroleum refinery or chemical processing facility walking and standing for prolonged periods of time.

May be required to carry a testing device, data logger, hand tools and miscellaneous equipment that weigh about 15-20 lbs. The testing devices are carried in a backpack. Other tools and equipment are carried on a tool belt or in pockets.
The work involves ascending stairs, climbing vertical ladders, and working from elevated heights (sometimes with personal fall protection equipment) while wearing equipment described above.

The outboard mechanic helper role is responsible for assisting the Outboard Mechanic in troubleshooting, analyzing defects, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems of small marine vessels in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. This role is going to be focused on the overall maintenance and upkeep of survey boats and crew boats, predominantly pertaining to outboard motors.
Role and Responsibilities
* Helping Outboard Mechanic repair outboard motors both in the shop and in the field on smaller marine vessels.
* Disassembling and reassembling outboard motors and parts.
* Training how to inspect and troubleshoot outboard motors for damaged or defective parts.
* Working alongside Outboard Mechanic replacing parts including, but not limited to, gears, pitons, piston rings, magneto points, spark plugs, propellers, etc.

* Performing and scheduling preventative maintenance on outboard motors and systems requested by Outboard Mechanic.

Position Description
The Monarch Research and Education SkillBridge Internship offers hands-on experience in monarch monitoring, habitat assessments, conservation, and community outreach. Interns conduct field research using standardized protocols and work directly with biologists and Natural Resource Managers on military lands.
This is a field-focused position. Interns typically spend four days each week outdoors and one day completing data entry, writing, and administrative tasks. Fieldwork involves documenting milkweed presence, identifying blooming plants, and recording monarch eggs, larvae, and adults. Interns also support outreach activities designed to inspire interest in monarchs, pollinators, and migration among military families and school-aged children. All interns write biweekly blogs and attend virtual team meetings and webinars.

AET currently has an opening for a Second Mate in Galveston, TX. The Second Mate reports to the Chief Mate and is third in command on an AETO vessel. The Second Mate is responsible to the Chief Mate and Captain for the effective administration and supervision of safe and efficient voyage of the vessel.
Key Accountabilities
The Second Mate shall receive daily standing orders from the Chief Mate. The Second Mate shall assist the Chief Mate with the effective administration and supervision of:
• Chart corrections, Notice to Marines, Vessel General Permit, Garbage Record Log, GMDSS Log Book, Non-Tank Vessel Response Plan, and all other required publications, in exception to the Vessel Security Plan
• The efficient upkeep and maintenance of the vessels' life saving appliances and Fire Fighting Equipment
• The upkeep and maintenance of the vessel Integrated Management System
• Vessel stores inventory levels
• Vessels preventative maintenance system for deck
• General discipline onboard for the deck crew
• The work duties and responsible of the deck ratings
• The efficient maintenance and upkeep of structure and accommodation of the vessel and ensuring these are kept in a smart, clean and sanitary condition including the allocation of cabins, in consultation with the Captain.
• Efficient maintenance and upkeep of all mooring gear, decks and piping, ship to ship/shore access equipment.
• Proper storage and retrieval of deck stores and spares

Position Overview:
As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club team, you will be working by the water, with our large variety fleet of boats, as a customer-focused team member! Freedom Boat Club is the nation's oldest and largest private member boat club, and we are looking for friendly and upbeat individuals to greet members and work on the docks. This position is part-time and requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions:
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
Manage the check-in and check-out process using a handheld tablet
Perform equipment checks to make sure all necessary equipment is functional and on board
Clean and maintain vessels and Club location according to company standards
Complete daily clerical work to prepare reservation system, fuel logs and weather reports
Familiarize yourself with local waters in order to provide basic guidance to members
