Constructs, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on Parks and Recreation Department equipment, buildings and structures. Performs grounds maintenance and custodial activities at City Parks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs carpentry, plumbing and other semiskilled labor in repairing, constructing and maintaining buildings and equipment at Parks and Recreation facilities.
