Operates one or more of the following machines: fin press, fin power, brake, vertical/horizontal expander, overhead crane, hairpin machine, pemsert, riveting, spot weld, gasket machine and paint system. May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned. * Uses basic mechanics' tool set, ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, and channel locks. * Uses tape measure, and manual and digital calipers. * Checks parts using appropriate gauges. * Uses calculator to perform 2 and 3 place decimal calculations. * Changes out machine parts to achieve proper operation and configuration. Entry Level Machine Operator6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday$15.00/$16.00 hourly Description:Machine Operator Manufacturing corrugated products via various manufacturing machines and processes. Palletizing, banding and shipping the finished product as well as any general labor needed to support the shipment of quality products. Duties and Responsibilities:Mounting print plates, cutting dies. Quality checks, feed machines, setting up machines. Various duties include general labor and general housekeeping. Required Skills, Experience, and Education:Must be able to read a tape measure, understand customer requirements. Prior manufacturing and machining experience preferred. Willing to train in all aspects of the corrugated industry. #IES1
