Job DescriptionTIG Welder: South Beloit, Wisconsin - 1st Shift Our customer in South Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. As a TIG Welder, you will perform precision welding, fabricate piping and sheet metal systems, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities of the TIG Welder:
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and nickel alloy components with precision and consistency.
Fabricate process piping and sheet metal assemblies according to blueprints and specifications.
Read and interpret shop drawings, technical documents, and P&ID diagrams to ensure accurate fabrication.
Maintain ASME Section IX quality standards and meet weld test requirements.
Troubleshoot, adjust, and collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to meet project goals.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives.
TIG Welder Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year TIG welding experience.
Proven ability to pass ASME Section IX 6G weld test.
Strong understanding of shop drawings and technical documentation.
Experience with process piping or sheet metal fabrication.
Familiarity with P&ID drawings is preferred.
Pay for TIG Welder: $24-$28/hour. After training, candidate will work 10-hour shifts Monday - Friday. TIG Welder Benefits:
