Your Role Will Include:
Preparing, cooking, and serving menu items according to recipes and portion standards.
Setting up à la carte items and serving as cashier, including counting and recording monies received.
Assisting with breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation; prepping lunch items; stocking salad bar, deli counter, beverage machines, and condiment stations.
Preparing and serving made-to-order sandwiches.
Operating foodservice equipment: dishwashers, mixers, slicers, choppers, steamers, deep fryers, ovens, and other mechanical equipment.
Creating a welcoming, supportive, culturally responsive environment for students and staff.
Cleaning kitchen and equipment; washing and storing dishes and utensils; completing laundry and general cleaning tasks.
Stocking and rotating food supplies; maintaining production records; counting leftovers; recording food and supply usage; assisting in estimating and ordering food needs
Replenishing food, beverages, and utensils during service and ensuring consistent portion sizes.
Reporting accidents or issues and upholding sanitary and food safety protocols.
Serving as Baker when needed and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of commercial kitchen cooking experience in a school setting.
Food Protection Manager Certification (must hold and maintain).
ServSafe Certification (district assistance available).
DHS background check.
Strong professional communication skills.
Preferred knowledge of: food quality and nutrition; USDA regulations; large-scale food storage; sanitation and safety practices; and equipment use and care.
Salary and Benefits:
$20.75-$23.18/hour, based on experience.

Possession of a valid State of MN Boiler's License - 2nd Class C OR hold a minimum of a Special Engineer License and obtain the 2nd Class C within 4 years from date of hire making progression as hours are logged per state statute.

Current State of Minnesota Class D Driver's License.

Position Overview: The CSP Intramural Referee position is responsible for the management of Intramural game play. This position will lead in-play game calling, penalty enforcement, time management, scoring, conflict management, crisis management, and game leadership when needed.
In addition, this position can be asked to assist Intramurals in set up, organization, promotion, marketing, event management, and other tasks as assigned.
The CSP Intramural Referee position is first and foremost, a safety and security of the players participating in any intramural sport or event being offered. Students will be trained on basic crisis intervention, conflict management techniques, crisis protocol, and reporting procedures at Concordia University - Saint Paul
Essential Duties:
* In game penalties, foul call, and game management. In game logistics such as clock management, scoring, rule explanation. Enforce rules, policies, and fouls using warnings both verbal and written.
* Serve as an ambassador of safe game play proactively preventing injury at all possible.
* Demonstrate decision making ability through calls, communication, and team work.
* Serve in one of the following roles: Main ref, side ref, score keeper, logistics manager.
* Attend training in partnership with CSP and MYAS. Sign up for shifts, games, tournaments, and events.
Additional Details:
* Estimated 5-6 hours/week.
* Attend Intramural events that they are scheduled to referee such as one-day tournaments, leagues, competitions (5-6 hours/week).
* Additional opportunities may be present such as: trainings, meetings, promotional events, tabling events, job fairs, involvement fairs, and other events promoting Intramurals (1-3 hours/week) .
To be eligible to be a CSP student employee, one must:
* Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible).
* Have a United States social security number.*
* Have proper identification as determined by Form I-9.
* Have declared a major at CSP.
* Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts.

2. Running Backs Coach
The Running Backs Coach is responsible for developing all running backs within the football program. This coach will emphasize technique, ball security, vision, footwork, and understanding of the offensive system. The RB Coach works closely with the offensive coordinator to install game plans, align assignments, and prepare players for competition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach fundamentals including ball security, footwork, reads, pass protection, and route running.
* Develop and implement daily drills and practice plans for the running backs unit.
* Evaluate player performance and provide targeted instruction for improvement.
* Assist in installing run schemes, protections, and offensive game plans.
* Break down film and prepare scouting reports to help players understand defensive fronts and tendencies.
* Promote discipline, effort, sportsmanship, and academic accountability.
* Ensure player safety through proper technique and conditioning.
* Support offseason training, strength programs, and player development.
3. Offensive Coordinator
The Offensive Coordinator is responsible for leading, designing, and implementing the overall offensive strategy for the football program. This coach will oversee all offensive position coaches, develop game plans, teach scheme concepts, and ensure that players understand assignments and expectations. The OC collaborates closely with the Head Coach to maintain program culture, discipline, and competitive standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and install the offensive playbook, including run schemes, pass concepts, protections, and situational packages.
* Create weekly game plans based on opponent scouting, film study, and personnel strengths.
* Lead offensive meetings and communicate assignments clearly to players and staff.

* Break down film and prepare scouting reports for players and coaches.
* Evaluate and develop players through consistent instruction and feedback.
