· Arrive on time and in proper uniform
· Assists wait staff (clearing plates, refilling drinks, running food, etc)
· Ensure Dining Room is clean
· Bus and sanitize tables
· Ensure trash cans are lined and in place
· Set up member station with coffee, tea, water, cream, and lemons with tongs
· Clean and break down member station and take out member stations trash
· Cut fresh lemons and arrange on b and b plates for each table in the dining room
· Make butter bowls ready and place on each table in the dining room
· Fill ice bins for bar service
· Fill bread warmer with rolls, muffins, cornbread, melba toast and cheese toast
· Empty, clean and turn off bread warmers at the end of dinner service
· Get daily soups for service from the kitchen and place in soup warmer
· Take any leftover soup downstairs, empty the water out of soup warmer, and clean the soup warmer
· Vacuum dining room floor as needed
· Sweep and mop hallway after each shift
· Clean microwave after each shift
· Ensure coffee/soup table is clean, organized, and stocked in server hallway
· Ensure service racks are stocked, clean, and organized in the server hallway (B&B plates, chips, nuts, glasses, condiments, togo boxes, soup containers, bags, and plastic ware)
· Refill iced tea and water station as necessary
· Ensure the baked potato tray is brought up for dining room service and taken back down to the kitchen after dining service
· Take lien bag out after each shift
· Clean refrigerator of any leftover food items and ensure refrigerator is clean
· Ensure TV's are turned on upon arriving and turned off before departing
· Ensure patio doors are unlocked upon arriving and lock before departing
· Maintain current TABC and Food Handler certification
· Check with Manager on Duty prior to leaving

A Day The Life
