Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Barback to join our team! As a Barback, you will support the bar staff by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Key Responsibilities:
Assist bartenders in preparing for service by stocking bar supplies (e.g., liquor, beer, garnishes, glassware).

Refill ice bins and replace empty kegs, bottles, and other supplies.
Maintain and clean bar equipment, including sinks, bar tops, and storage areas.
Assist with the transportation of drinks to customers when needed.

Monitor inventory levels and inform the bartender or manager of restocking needs.
Provide excellent customer service by helping to ensure a pleasant atmosphere at the bar.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the bar.
Maintain safety standards in the bar area, ensuring proper handling of glassware and equipment.
Remove used glassware, dishes, and utensils from bar and table areas and deliver them to the dishwashing area.
Assist front-of-house staff members by prebussing tables, resetting tables quickly, and maintaining floor cleanliness.
Respond quickly to spills, broken glass, and guest area cleanliness issues.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift to 40 lbs.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
