Between settings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop to proper specifications. Inspect restrooms every 15 minutes and clean as needed. Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server immediately. Communicate with server and hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service. Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods. Bar: Ensure there is always enough back up liquor. Run to the storage area to get alcohol if any bartender runs out. Change kegs when required. Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar, wipe down tables and bar tops. Re-stock garnishes and mixes. Always ensure there is enough clean glassware. Re-stock ice when needed. Maintain clean towels in each bartenders station. Maintain Stocked Bar with polished glassware, ice, liquor, beer, and wine. Remove and discard Trash receptacles from the bar; clean sanitize, reline and replace. Make sure that everything is at the bar and that there are enough backups for the shift. Always rotate the products. Wash glassware. Wipe the bar top constantly. Help the bartender on anything that he/she needs. Clean the bar. Place dirty towels in their appropriate location. Make sure that the beer cooler is clean and organized. Always "Close to Open."
