PURPOSE
The busser is responsible for efficiently clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, while assisting food servers in all aspects of guest table service, maximizing table turns and maintaining restaurant flow.

Clean and dry spills immediately upon occurrence; never leaving spills unattended

Ensure that any breakage is reported and recorded

What you'll do
Remove all meal service items from tables, both during and after the dining experience.
