Job Description The Bussers/Barback is responsible for cleaning, resetting tables and help running food, ensuring the availably of ice, bringing guest needs to the attention of the waitstaff, and emptying trash receptacles. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Clean tables and remove dishes after party leaves 2. Help run food if necessary 3. Alert servers when tables need attention 4. Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned 5. Fill ice bins 6. Help wash bar glassware 7. Help bar with stock and kegs 8. Empty trash receptacles 9. Be able to remain focused and on-task during busy hours OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES: Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for use of judgment, and compliance with policies and procedures.
