You will contribute by:
Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

Scanning and unloading product to the floor performing a physical count to the scanner count. All errors found are root caused by reviewing actual and surrounding pick slots. All mis-select errors and shortages are corrected as necessary based on the customer contract. After audit is validated product is reloaded onto pallet and returned to dock or trailer.

Perform duties of a Backhauler, including: operate an electric pallet jack or clamp machine to transport pallets of product off inbound trucks. Compile un-palletized products onto pallets.
Perform duties of a Porter, including: clean and maintain warehouse aisles and product slots. Remove product from slots with the use of a pallet jack, clean slot with cleaning supplies and an electric scrubber, and replace product. Clean warehouse offices, employee break areas, and restrooms.
