Be the Pharmacy Director You've Always Strived to Be
Convey the mission of the hospital and organization to pharmacy staff, holding them accountable for performance, while motivating them to enhance and develop their capabilities.
Oversee the pharmacy department's operations, including scheduling, continuous assessment, and the implementation of process improvements to optimize department performance.
Provide direct patient and pharmaceutical care.
Demonstrate and maintain competence in clinical health system pharmacy practices, including antimicrobial stewardship, non-sterile and sterile drug preparation, controlled substances, hospital pharmacy accreditation, anticoagulation drug therapy management, and medication safety.

* This position will work with a family medicine provider focused on value based care, supporting gaps in care for patients with chronic health conditions, but will also work with other MAs and providers as well in a care team environment.
* The Caldwell Health Plaza, is a 55,000 square feet facility opening November 3, 2025 and will be home to a variety of clinics including: family medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, occupational medicine, and specialty services such as OB-GYN, cardiology, general surgery, ENT (ears, nose, and throat), orthopedics/sports medicine, and podiatry.
What You Will Do:
* In addition to primary MA duties, you will also perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations, and prep injections.
* You will assist with minor procedures, complete POC and other tests, and also complete tasks and orders in the task inbox.
* An ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable and dependable.
* You also like working in a strong team environment, have effective communication skills, and have solid critical thinking skills.

Shipping: You'll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You'll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.

**What You'll Do:**
·Merchandise, reset, and restock jewelry, sunglasses, gift cards, magazines, trading cards, and more!

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: + Assist customers with questions and recommendations + Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
+ Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
+ Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
+ Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
+ Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
