Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans. Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting up to 75 lbs., standing for long periods, and working at heights. Masonry skills and experience helpful, but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
