The majority of our calls consist of taking donations for PBS and NPR stations; however, we also have additional project types as well. Donation calls are similar to taking orders over the phone with the exception of the terminology involved. If you have experience taking orders, reading and following scripts and independently preparing for the calls you take, these types of calls should be easy for you!
