**Responsibilities**
+ Assist interdisciplinary teams providing technical input to their projects.
+ Work with analytic tools to inform strategic decisions by developing data analysis pipelines, managing databases, and building interactive visualizations.
+ Participate in research efforts, ensuring consistency and quality of research methods.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field with 2 - 4 years of professional work experience.

Summary: The Packer is responsible for packing finished printed materials to meet customer specifications, ensuring quality standards are upheld, and supporting the smooth flow of work in the cutting department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
* Work in collaboration with main Cutter Operator for provided instructions which will indicate specifications of form/batch cuts
* Identify quantity of form and type of stock to secure correct boxes for packing of product
* Off-load product from cutter tables and ensure order sticker label is eligible and visible for delivery
* Conduct initial inspection of products to ensure quality control
* To ensure compliance of orders, track inventory by physically counting product orders by order number
* Accurately and safely box completed jobs and notify quality control teammate/supervisor when completed boxes are ready for inspection
* Ensure materials on hand are organized and replenished
* To include boxes (to be made and kept on hand at inventory standard), tape guns, filling, chipboard dividers, markers, others as needed
* Place boxes in appropriate and safe floor locations under/near packing table
* Maintain bins, when full relocate to back lot for recycling and replace with empty bin
* Ensure set up is complete for shift change
* Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
* Regularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s)
* Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment
* Attend all department/company meetings

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for supporting sales success by performing administrative activities for assigned customers. This position is responsible for consulting with business managers/Customer Account Managers/Regional Sales Managers as required. This includes either pre-award or post-award activities. Assuring appropriate communication between the company, its customers and regulatory agencies. The Customer Service Administrator acts as a customer liaison regarding quotes, purchases, order status, data entry, maintaining files, and warranty returns as applicable. Essential Functions:
* Review and negotiate customer purchase orders for compliance to Crane policies and applicable export and/or Government regulations. Administer and manage purchase orders by flowing down essential requirements through the business to ensure these requirements are met in a cost-effective and timely manner. This includes managing internal coordination and flowing down of purchase order specifications, quality requirements, terms and conditions and applicable Government Federal Acquisition Regulations
* Interpret and enter purchase order requirements into ERP system and provide order acknowledgements to customers

* Prepare timely responses to customer requests for quotes (RFQ) through internal coordination to convey pricing and delivery information back to the customer

Essential Functions:
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in production test operations through completion
* Perform all testing operations within assigned functional area
* Certify as a Crane Designated Quality Assurance Inspector to perform product inspections as required
* Create non-conformance reports including detailed description of testing performed, resulting failure and initial root cause investigation results

Job Summary:
PCB Designer II/III works with Engineers to create engineering drawings per requirements. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSME/BSEE) with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of equivalent industry experience without a degree.
* Relevant experience or internships in engineering, project management, and/or product development.
* Familiarity with project management practices, new product development processes, and technical product/application development.
* Proficiency with engineering tools such as CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or electrical design tools (Altium, MATLAB).
* Understanding of industrial marketing, sales principles, and customer engagement.
* Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material properties, and industrial standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
* Ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations.
* Technical aptitude combined with sound business judgment.
Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs
