The Business Operations Analyst will be Responsible & Accountable for: * Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data input and management. * Oversee daily input of data into the CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Develop and enforce protocols for data entry, validation, and maintenance. * Conduct routine audits of data to ensure integrity, removing duplicates and ensuring data consistency across the system. * Collaborate with business development teams to ensure timely updates to opportunity records and capture status * Analyzing data using statistical techniques and providing reports, to include Salesforce and PowerBI. * Create, maintain, and distribute customized reports and dashboards for sales and leadership teams. * Develop forecasting models and pipeline tracking mechanisms to support business development efforts. * Analyze CRM data to provide insights on opportunity tracking, win/loss analysis, and proposal success rates. * Ensure all reporting complies with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, especially as they relate to government contracts. * Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources to ensure reporting and forecasting is accurate. * Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all Salesforce data. * Regularly review data for inaccuracies, missing information, or inconsistencies and take corrective action. * Work with cross-functional teams to improve data flow processes and enhance data quality. * Maintain an ongoing data cleansing schedule to ensure long-term CRM data integrity. * Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
