We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with strong work ethics and values to join our team as a Supervisor. * Serve as a liaison to the Operator to develop the tools necessary for their long-term success
* Ability to act on behalf of and in the best interest of the Operator
* Delivering operational excellence, working in all aspects of the restaurant to gain critical experience and knowledge of how to effectively operate a multi-million dollar business
* Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching up-and-coming leaders.
* Manage a team of 50+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
* Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promoting sales
* Providing the highest quality guest experience through all sales channels
* Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Background Profile
* Minimum 1 year Chick-fil-A experience
* Experience working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant is required
* Experience within the restaurant or quick service food industry
* Experiences in the Back of House operations of a restaurant
* 40-45 hours per week availability, evening and Saturdays are included
* ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified (preferred)
* Ensure food safety procedures are followed
* Review EcoSure and QIV reports and make necessary modifications
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Passion for Chick-fil-A and an understanding of Corporate purpose, mission, values
Transparency
* This is truly a hands-on position with up to 75% of each Director's time spent working and directing restaurant operations.
* Operational Excellence and remarkable guest service is the driving force behind all business decisions for Dwight and his Director Team.
* Our expectation would be a two year time commitment to this role.
