Responsibilities:
About the Role:
As an Intermodal Equipment Operator (also known as a Terminal Operator), you'll play a critical role in the safe and efficient movement of shipping containers within our intermodal yard. You'll operate specialized equipment-such as hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders-to load, unload, and relocate containers as part of our daily logistics operations. Your work ensures containers are handled accurately and safely, keeping freight moving on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment to load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks.
Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the yard.
Use top loaders, side loaders, and/or cranes to stack, move, and organize containers.
Perform equipment inspections before and after use to ensure operational safety.
Communicate with yard personnel and supervisors to coordinate moves and tasks.
Maintain a safe work environment by following established protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in a logistics or industrial environment preferred
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Basic communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to climb ladders and stairs both off and on railcars
Valid driver's license

Summary:
The Travel Cath Lab RN provides specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional treatments. Essential Work Functions:
Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures, including reviewing medical history and performing physical exams
Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure and ensure EKG electrodes and cardiac leads are properly placed
Assist physicians during procedures, including the placement of catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, and other cardiac interventions
Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic waveforms
Assist in arterial and/or venous sheath removal using closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression, and transport patients to the appropriate recovery area
Monitor vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedure
Support post-procedure care, including monitoring patient recovery and ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of care
Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, ensuring everything is functioning properly and fully stocked for procedures
Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians to provide seamless care
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical assignments include:

Ensure regular preventative Maintenance is performed on all equipment
Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repair of equipment

**Responsibilities**
The Facilities Services Education and Training Coordinator is responsible to manage, design, develop, coordinate, and conduct
large- and small-scale training programs. Responsible to map out training plans and develop training programs for differing levels
of responsibility including front line team members, assistant supervisors, supervisors, and managers. Coordinates and oversees
the training of Facilities Services staff. Uses proven education principles and tracks new methods and techniques. Designs and
prepares educational aids and materials to include the production of educational/training videos. Conducts annual departmentwide
assessments and identifies educational and training needs. Assesses effectiveness of educational/training programs and
recommend improvements. Partner with internal / external resources and subject matter experts regarding educational/training
program design. Maintains updated educational/training curriculum and records. Occasionally may work irregular hours to
provide education to off shift employees. Takes a lead role in the interviewing, hiring, and orientation of new team members.
Works collaboratively with Human Resources recruiters to enhance and improve the hiring processes for the department.
**Qualifications**
5 years' experience in Facilities Services field. Management experience preferred. Teaching/training experience preferred. Working
knowledge of hospital operations and patient flow is preferred. Knowledge of Mayo Facilities Services and operation is
helpful. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple training events is essential. Ability to establish and maintain effective
interpersonal skills is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge and proficiency in
computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, and surveys) is required. Website administration experience is preferred. Being a
Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) is required within 2 years of accepting the position. Certified train the trainer
preferred.

Position Summary:
democracy FIRST is seeking highly motivated and talented Regional Organizing Directors (ROD) passionate about expanding our work to elect pro-democracy candidates to local positions across Wisconsin in the spring 2026 cycle. As a Field Organizer, you will play a critical role in expanding our field impact down the ballot and help protect the administration of our elections for the future.
