Mr. Hester founded Kinnser Software in 2003, when he developed a web-based software for home health agencies. He maintains a central role in the continuing development of Kinnser's products and is deeply committed to improving the quality of technology available to home health, private duty and hospice providers. Mr. Hester brings to Kinnser more than a decade of experience in information technology primarily focused in healthcare applications.

Dr. Mark David Milliron is an award-winning leader, author, speaker, and consultant, who works with universities, community colleges, K-12 schools, foundations, corporations, associations, and government agencies across the country and around the world. He serves as Senior Vice President and Executive Dean of the Teachers College at Western Governors University (WGU), a nonprofit university founded by 19 U.S. governors more than 20 years ago. WGU has since become a beacon of innovation, access, affordability, competency-based education, and workforce connection serving over 130,000 students nationwide. The WGU Teachers College is the largest college of education in the U.S., serving more than 30,000 teachers, leaders, and education innovators in all 50 states. Mark also serves on the boards of the Trellis Foundation, Bennett College, the Global Online Academy, the Hope Center for College, Community & Justice, ISKME/OERcommons, and Civitas Learning. He also holds an appointment as a Professor of Practice in The University of Texas at Austin's College of Education, teaching in the education leadership doctoral program.

Charles Thornburgh has spent 25 years building education businesses that use technology and data to improve student success. He began his career creating K12 study skills software, and has since built online public and private K12 schools, run university academics, and most recently founded Civitas Learning, which uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve graduation rates across Higher Ed. Inspired by his own young sons, Charles is now working on using cognitive science and machine learning to bring personalized learning to elementary and middle school students and their families.
