Mentally and manually records patients' behavior from observation;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Possession of a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Possession of a current license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
CPR/First Aid (Required within 3 months)
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry check, and sanction screening to the satisfaction of the employer. A TB screening upon hire and annually thereafter.

The primary focus of the SocialWorker role.

Create an environment of non-pharmacological behavioral strategies to address behavioral health issues related to residents/patients who have been referred.
Collaborate with the Care Team in identifying and implementing behavioral modification/intervention strategies with a focus on reducing use of psychotropic medications.
