Qualifications
BS Construction Management or equivalent construction management experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
Manage logistics for all incoming and outgoing freight.
Inspection of all incoming products - visually inspecting equipment and boxes ensuring quality product is received (no visual damage incurred during shipment). If damaged freight is received, you must get approval from manager before refusing delivery.
Ensure all parts and equipment items are kept with like parts and equipment and that bin locations are properly recorded in the inventory management system for ease of locating and inventory control. Consistency in location is a key result of these efforts.
Conduct random inventory cycle counts as requested by management to verify accurate stock counts.
Ensure shipping accuracy by confirming exact part numbers and/or model and serial numbers along with correct ordered amount against all order paperwork from sales and service. Discrepancies are to be immediately communicated to your manager.
Coordinate pick-up and deliveries with 3rd party carriers.
Receive stock deliveries, unpack, confirm receipt, and put away in correct location. Input and track inventory in ERP system and/or SAP.
Arrange stock transfers in/out of other branches - coordinate and stage service parts for service technicians.
Ensure compliance with all applicable EH&S and OSHA rules and laws, and company ISO quality standards.
Label units and equipment by creating a large 8.5 x 11 identification sheet indicating the model and serial number and placing on the outside of unit/equipment ensuring its visibility from the floor.
Units/equipment must be organized and stored in a central area for ease of retrieval and inventory counts.
Keeps the warehouse clean, organized, and accessible.

Education:

What You'll Do
Serves as a subject matter expert on The Capacity Model, helping Regional and Operating Company leadership develop comprehensive TCM integration strategies. Develop and oversee continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of TCM integration strategies. This involves analyzing current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence.

Regularly monitor these metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate the impact of HOP initiatives on the company's overall performance.
Facilitate Leadership Playbook sessions with Regional and Operating Company leadership teams and Quanta Corporate Executive Leadership.

Minimum Requirements:
Need to have a least (12 Mos) relevant driving experience in the construction industry
Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety
Thorough operational knowledge and skills of trucks and related equipment to be operated that include, but are not limited to: End dump, Belly dump, Tandem, Flow boy or Super dump experience.
Must be Experienced with Off highway driving in construction Sites.
Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. TXDOT physical.
Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook as well as the state and federal requirements.
Must maintain current State issued Class A /or B driver's license.
Know and adhere to DOT rules and regulations.
MVR Record Must meet Company, and DOT Standards
Must be familiar with securing heavy and/ or oversized loads.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying drawings per specifications and customer requirements. Prepare/maintain accurate catalog drawings and digital library for website. Work closely with Division Engineer, Sales, Production and Quality Control to ensure the product is built according to the latest part or shop drawings.
Job Locations
This position will be based out of our plant in Northlake, TX.
Job Responsibilities
Create Shop Drawings of products using 2D or 3D drafting
Create special manufacturing drawings for immediate production
Adhere to customer (Internal and External) volumes, timelines and expectations
Prepare, modify, and maintain accurate catalog drawings from existing and new products for production and Quality Control
Prepare product assembly or shop drawings for existing/new products as needed for sales staff and special drawings for plant projects as needed
Update/maintain digital database, i.e. Autodesk vault, cloud server, hard-copies and engineering documents
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Job Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience with AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor
High school diploma or equivalent required/Associates Degree preferred
Must possess the ability to read and interpret sketches, construction, and civil plans
Ability to review and understand contract drawings and specifications
Proficient in all Microsoft Office
Basic mathematical skills
Must be detail orientated and able to handle several projects at once with minimum help or guidelines from department from start to finish
