Primarily responsible for the oversight, coordination and planning of daily production activities to ensure uninterrupted supply, and delivery of product to our customers. * Supervises shipping department employees
* Assigns shipping schedules to ensure that production builds are met.
* Ensures all employees have proper training in their given field, and make certain that they approach their work in compliance with the programs, procedures, and policies that have been instilled.
* Tracks attendance, and addresses attendance and tardiness concerns.
* Works with team to identify, troubleshoot and resolve shipping problems.
* Responsible for requisition of materials and goods
* Ensures conformance to environmental and safety standards
* Generates ideas and implements changes in processes, and the use of equipment to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality and improve employee morale
* Maintains line cleanliness and good housekeeping practices

Position Overview
This is a full-time position working approximately 7:30am - 4:00pm, located on the Indian Nation Turnpike in McAlester, Oklahoma.
The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating power equipment and performing related tasks in the maintenance and repair of highways.
Compensation
Level I - $19.52 per hour or $40,600 annually
(potential to promote to Level II after obtaining CDL within the first 6 months, and with years of experience as required for Level II)
Level II - $22.64 per hour or $47,100 annually
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Operate equipment or heavy machinery such as trucks, tractors, road graders, dozers, front-end loaders, cranes, backhoes, paint machines, semi-trailers, snow removal equipment and other equipment as needed.
* Performs minor repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
* Repairs failures in the roadway shoulders or bridge decks.
* Repairs and/or replaces signs, posts, guardrails and fences.
* Provides traffic control assistance using a stop/slow sign or flag to direct highway traffic.
* Applies herbicide to highway rights-of-way to control weeds and other unwanted vegetation.
* Remove debris including tires, animal carcasses, spilled items and other obstacles.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
* While performing the duties of this job, the employees are frequently required to stand, walk and reach; and talk and hear.

Summary:
Enforces licensing act of mechanical trade. Works with local public and private groups to coordinate and educate on topics of licensing and code standards. Gathers information, prepares reports, and testifies at hearings on licensing violations. Typical Functions:
* Enforces mechanical licensing act by investigating licensing and code standards including travel to and physically inspecting construction worksites, receiving and investigating complaints regarding licensing and code standards, issuing necessary citations, interpreting mechanical codes and laws, preparing inspection and Notice of Violation (NOV) reports, conducting plan reviews when requested, evaluating installations by using codes and installation instructions, and preparing citations for failure to comply with NOV as appropriate and authorized.
* Works cooperatively with city inspectors, other government entities, private interests, contractors and professional clientele, such as general contractors, sub-contractors, job superintendents, engineers and architects, to offer information and education on responsibilities, role, and services of CIB.

* Meets with other state agencies and local governments to compare and coordinate activities of mutual interest and makes oral presentations and reports to CIB Board and others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Is currently licensed as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the State.
2. Prefer one year nursing experience. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience is preferred.

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The licensed practical/vocational nurse furnishes services in accordance with agency policies, prepares clinical and progress notes, assists the physician and registered nurse in performing specialized procedures, prepares equipment and materials for treatments observing aseptic technique as required; and assists the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Provides safe home health services to patients/clients and families/caregivers.
2. Implements plan of care initiated by the RN Case Manager in collaboration with the physician. Assists the registered nurse or physician in carrying out the plan of care.
3. Develops, prepares, and maintains individualized patient/client care documentation consistent with the plan of care. Submits accurate documentation.
4. Assesses and provides patient/client and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care as established by the registered nurse. Documentation addresses problems identified in the on going assessment or provides documentation of rationale for not doing so. Documentation reflects communication and condition of the patient.
5. Participates in coordination of home health services, appropriately reporting the patient's/client's condition, status, and need for additional disciplines (HHA, OT, PT, MSW, ST, Dietitian) to the RN Case Manager and/or Branch Supervisor on an ongoing basis.
6. Assists the patient/client and family/caregiver in learning home nursing procedures, self-care techniques and other care needs as appropriate to the patient's/client's condition. Provides medication, diet and other instructions as directed by the registered nurse and ordered by the physician.
7. Uses equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
8. Participates in personal professional growth and development. Responsible for keeping current in nursing trends and knowledge. Participates in In-service programs. Participates in Quality Improvement program of the agency. Can verbalize own responsibilities and activities.
9. Participates in public relations and community activities that promote the Agencies role as an effective member of the health care delivery system.
10. Responsible for following all policies and procedures of the Agency, regarding service delivery, documentation, and care coordination.
