Job Expectations:
Maintain courteous, professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community at large.
Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with CSI image standards.
Support and follow established safety, security, quality guidelines as well as CSI's policies, procedures, practices, and programs. Report accidents or incidents to the manager immediately.
Preserve safety of self, fellow employees, and all others in the work location by utilizing the CSI Loss Prevention process.
Ensure food safety hygiene in accordance with county regulations is followed to include proper sanitation, food handling, preparation, storage and disposal procedures
Follow federal law and company standards on carding customers for all age restricted products sold at the stations.
Work professionally with vendors and contractors.
Regular and punctual attendance is expected.
Follow proper kitchen and sanitation procedures in accordance with city and county regulations during cooking of KKC products
Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional guest service. Be courteous, always greet and thank all customers while making eye contact.
Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely while adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures. This includes retail and fuel sales transactions completed through multiple forms of payment.
Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level. Secure all funds in safe and perform cashier reconciliation at each end of shift to ensure accurate management of sales. CSI cash handling policies, guidelines, and procedures are followed consistently.
Perform consistent station cleaning of the indoor and outdoor facilities including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash, if applicable.
Prepare food and hot beverage products. Effectively manage ExtraMile and/or KKC foodservice and beverages to ensure maximization of sales and minimization of loss through continuously monitoring product levels and re-stocking as needed.
Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs.
Cross-check price of delivered goods for accuracy.
Distribute delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store and continuously ensure shelves are full of products. This includes both the retail space and cooler locations in the store.
Observe local law requirements in activating and filling vehicle fuel tanks with gasoline or diesel fuel to specified levels. (Oregon only)
May perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirement/Qualifications:
Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.
Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgement.

The Case Manager provides concise management of patients' hospitalization from pre-admission through discharge in the areas of patient care, fiscal management, and Payor/referral satisfaction. The Case Manager is responsible for conducting Discharge Planning Evaluations, performing discharge planning to ensure patients and their families receive maximum benefits, and awareness of community and government agencies. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Current State licensure and/or national licensure (ARRT) or temporary certificate issued by the California Department of Public Health allowing applicant full diagnostic privileges. Previous experience as a radiologic technologist. Communication skills and effective interpersonal skills. Current CPR certification. Meets specific departmental criteria and/or certification.
POSITION SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Prepare work schedules, assign personnel, evaluate work performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.
• Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
• Prepare written documentation as required by the profession and the department.
• Direct maintenance of departmental facilities, equipment, supplies and materials in a condition to promote efficiency, health, comfort, and safety of patients and staff.
• Oversee new testing procedures and related protocol. Encourage and approve introduction and demonstration of new techniques, equipment, and research findings.
• Perform the duties of Radiologic Technologist as needed.
• Attends meetings as required.
Management:
• Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department.
• Ensure that the department budget and capital equipment requests are submitted for review/approval by the established due date and changes are accompanied by appropriate justification.
• Demonstrate a cost conscious attitude, as reflected by analysis prior to approval/purchase of department equipment and supplies. Organize an effective system of inventory/supply control. Cooperate with periodic Hospital inventory audits by submitting department equipment/supplies report within required time frame.
• Recommend, develop, and implement new policies, functions, and services, as well as continually seeking improvements to existing programs.
• Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
• Work with Human Resources to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.
• Provide effective performance feedback through employee evaluations, recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources, when necessary.

Attendance/Tardiness:
• Does not abuse or take advantage of sick time or personal days off. The standard is 3 unscheduled absences in a 12 month period.
• Reports to work as scheduled; is consistently ready to work at start of the assigned shift. Returns from lunches and breaks on time. The standard is 5 occurrences in a 12 month period.
• Provides proper notification for absence or tardiness.
