Provide on-site primary and basic medical care to enrolled students, including:

Job Summary
The Workover Superintendent will be QB's field support toward the Asset Retirement Program (ARO) and Workover Program (WO Program). This person will be responsible for the execution of Piceance well WOs, P&A program; EHS and regulatory compliance for all operations, capital tracking, and project management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Execute QB Energy Piceance Basin WO Program.
Execute QB Energy Piceance Basin ARO projects.
Track field activities & estimated costs in Peloton WellView accurately and timely.
Implementation of a fully QB controlled ARO as we turn from prior turnkey operations.
Identify opportunities for improvement and work with key stakeholders to implement changes to improve the program.
Plan and coordinate ARO activities. Prep sites for rig move, pre check well sites, and follow up cut and cap work.
Coordinate with engineering to prepare bids and review, assist in service supplier selections.
Hold quarterly vendor meetings aimed at setting expectations, reviewing performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Perform onsite reviews of rig and supervisor performance; identify processes and strategies to improve overall performance and cost structure of rig work.
Coordinate and ensure delivery of critical rental and downhole equipment for timely use.
Ensure compliance with and proper notification of all state and federal regulators.
Review with engineering all procedures for safe and efficient worksite.
Abide by all QB rules and policies.

Accesses, research, and analyzes financial information and allowable credits and deductions to calculate child support according to the Colorado child support guidelines.
Attends court hearings and assists County Attorney to meet court deadlines by preparing exhibits, testifying and other tasks as necessary including courtesy appearances in court for other counties. Maintain the Child Support Services Unit -CSSU court docket.
Monitor ongoing court actions to determine CSSU's involvement and intervene as needed.
Attend the state's child support guidelines and APA training and pass Administrative Process Action Exam. Must take and pass the Administrative Process Action Re-Certification Exam every three (3) years.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Project Manager coordinates the completion of work on projects within masonry, plaster/stucco, concrete, or marble & granite work, which aligns with the mission, vision, values and goals of The Gallegos Corporation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES
Ensure the highest standard of safety on projects at all times.
Collaborate with pre-construction department on handoff and budget development at the beginning of each project during the pre-job planning process.
Maintain detailed schedule for planning and tracking of manpower, equipment, cash flow and risk management.
Responsible to facilitate/coordinate with all stakeholders through the Short Interval Planning (SIP) process scheduling proper tools, equipment, material, and manpower ensuring all are present throughout the project as required by field staff.
Ensures Foreman are accountable for adhering to the SIP, Daily Huddle crew timecard management (ADP) and Toolbox Talks.
Participate in the Exit Strategy process with high level of input; participate in post job review process.
Confer with Superintendent, Foreman, and Subs in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specs and coordinate various phase of construction.
Review all change documents (ASI, RFI, CCD, RFC) on projects; generate change orders, take offs.
Collaborate with Accounting/Job Costing Department to ensure budgets are setup.
Conduct weekly (Bird Report) and monthly Project Budget Analyses (BTA); Ensure all job site projections are recorded accurately; communicate with field staff to ensure most cost-effective methods of purchases are executed at all times.
Monitor employee performance, documents disciplinary issues and participate in termination decisions, interviews candidates.
Ensures and tracks superintendents and foreman are managing risk through proper project documentation (daily reports and daily huddles); Escalates contractual risks, anomalies, immediately to Regional President; ensures operations are consistent with internal policies and objectives and reduces all risk.

* Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure proper installation and operation.
* Troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and related components, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and safely.
* Calibrate and adjust electrical control devices, including, a instruments, and verify proper function.
* Understand and troubleshoot PLC functions and automated control systems.
* Inspect electrical equipment during operation to detect overheating, malfunction, or deterioration.
* Replace defective components such as switches, motors, starters, wiring, lights, instruments and control devices.
* Troubleshoot and support pneumatic systems including solenoids, cylinders, and associated controls.
* Research and verify availability, pricing, and specifications of electrical parts and equipment.
* Maintain accurate communication with management and team members regarding repair status, findings, and costs.
* Support food safety, housekeeping, and sanitation expectations by maintaining clean and organized work areas.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and Huber EH&S standards.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
* Prior electrical maintenance experience in an industrial plant environment preferred.
* Extensive background in electrical system troubleshooting and repair.
* Mechanical aptitude and understanding of motor control theory and applications.
* Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated control systems.
* Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, facility operations, and basic maintenance practices.
* Ability to maintain documentation, prepare reports, and follow established recordkeeping procedures.
* Proficiency with computers, including email, file management, and CMMS systems.
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Completion of an approved electrician apprenticeship program strongly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and associated safety regulations.
* Ability to visually distinguish wires and components; accurate color discrimination required.
* Valid Colorado driver's license required.
Physical Requirements
* Work is performed in indoor and outdoor plant environments with exposure to varying temperatures, electrical hazards, moving machinery, dust, fumes, and elevated work areas.
* Regular walking, standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and crawling; ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
* Frequent use of close and distant vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas.
* Must be able to work assigned schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and be available for call-out during emergencies or critical events.
* May work at heights, in confined spaces, and with high-voltage equipment
