Position Overview
As the Director of Procurement, you will architect and lead enterprise-wide procurement strategies that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence. This role oversees all aspects of purchasing, strategic sourcing, and product innovation integration. Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute integrated procurement strategies that align with corporate objectives across people, service, product, and brand initiatives to advance growth and performance goals.

Steward financial accountability through development and oversight of the departmental budget.
Lead innovation-driven initiatives, prioritizing supplier collaboration to accelerate product development and differentiation in the marketplace.
Engage cross-functionally with senior leaders, including product development, marketing, and sales operations, to align R&D activities and innovation priorities.
Oversee global sourcing strategies, driving cost optimization, supplier program execution, and lifecycle management while mitigating risk through robust business continuity planning.
Strengthening S&OP processes by embedding KPI-driven governance, ensuring supplier reliability and responsiveness, and deploying performance scorecards for continuous improvement.
Guide system advancements (SAP/S4HANA) to enable operational excellence in procurement, supply planning, and demand fulfillment.
Collaborate with executive leadership to assess strategic progress, recalibrate objectives, and ensure alignment with changing business conditions.
Translate corporate strategies into actionable operational plans, applying analytics, forecasting, and coaching to deliver on KPIs.
Build and sustain a high-performance organization by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring robust succession planning, and fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain leadership experience, ideally within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry (Food & Beverage preferred), including:
Minimum 5 years developing and implementing Procurement processes and KPIs
Minimum 3 years in direct manufacturing procurement
Minimum 3 years in distribution-related procurement
3+ years of experience managing and developing a team of at least five direct reports.
ERP expertise required, including hands-on experience with SAP/S4HANA.
Strong working knowledge of:
Accounting systems
Inventory management
Manufacturing software
Order processing systems
Project management tools
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and word-processing applications.

This role is responsible for providing overall coordination for the implementation of TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) within the Dallas Gatorade manufacturing plant. It is also responsible for ensuring all internal and external resources are aligned against the priorities of the business including Safety, Quality, Production Efficiency, Cost, and Customer Service.
This role is fundamental in supporting and leading TPM implementation, productivity improvement, and loss elimination initiatives across Dallas Gatorade's manufacturing location. As a leader, this role is also responsible for the development of training and building individual capability for each of the site TPM pillar leaders that this role supports.
Responsibilities
* This position will assist the plant leadership in expanding the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and Lean-Six Sigma capability tools.
* Drive continuous TPM Site Phase progression within all TPM Pillars at the sites this role supports. Including the responsibility for supporting Autonomous Maintenance (AM) / Focused Improvement (FI) / Planned Maintenance (PM) / Early Management (EM)/ kaizen Teams.
* Manage the TPM Metric reporting for each of the sites that this role supports.
* As a key leader of the Autonomous Maintenance Pillar: Implement and lead the AM pillar support of integrating AM and Natural Work Teams (NWT) capability aimed at KPI improvement. Support the plant's Natural Work Team development through the TPM pillars and through mentoring of teams.
* As a key leader of the Planned Maintenance (PM) Pillar: Implement and lead the PM pillar and maintenance systems development at all supported manufacturing locations.
* Lead Focused Improvement / LSS efforts and provide guidance to TPM managers and/or other pillar leaders focusing on process capability, throughput, loss, and KPI improvements. Drive team-based and data-driven culture.
* Maintain communications with other NAB Regions and facilities in sharing "best practices" to drive results and capability development consistency.
* Demonstrate accountability for daily management systems, including completing audits of DMS health checks and identifying and executing countermeasures for improving DMS.
* Drive TE (True Efficiency) improvement at the site by creating loss trees, developing a glidepath, and coaching the LST in creating 90 day plans using SMART goals. Create and sustain daily management systems (SOPs, CILs, CLs, SRCs/BDAs, etc) to drive line performance.
* Provide technical leadership to and partner with the Operations Department to effect improvement on production lines. Participate in the development of strategies and in guidance of the operations to achieve proposed business True Efficiency (TE) & Running Efficiency (RE) objectives through loss elimination, technical capacity building, and job efficiency and involvement.
* Coordinate with other functional areas to ensure accomplishment of overall NAB and plant objectives as needed.
* Understand and apply financial drivers and Manufacturing & Warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.

Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst

As a Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst you will need to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. You will need to develop new partnerships across the organization and with external partners to build future capabilities together for PepsiCo's operation. You will drive the startup research, analysis & evaluations and lead the rapid pilot onboarding process.
Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functionally execution of strategic tech innovation programs across Marketing functions, Digital Commerce, AFH (Away-From-Home), and Strategy & Transformation organizations:
* Streamline working processes with support functions such as EA (Enterprise Architecture), Info Security, Legal, Finance, etc.
* Partner with project leaders to create project deliverables
* Develop briefs for new technical capabilities
* Evaluate startups or other solutions using data-based approaches and drive the cross-functional selection process
* Lead the rapid pilot onboarding process and own vendor management
* Lead the startup use case research, analysis & evaluation of solution fit to use case
* Be the face of PepLabs; act as the "eyes and ears" for the organization to source the best emerging tech solutions
* Build use case assessment criteria to systematically evaluate which startup's technology & overall solution has potential to solve the use case
* Assess competencies vs. Use case
* Engage & coordinate cross functional SMEs input to assessment criteria
* Provide process and pilot thought partnership to business partners and Senior Executives
* Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / technology trends
* Lead project management across the team and support governance and reporting
* Contribute to capability building for the entire PepsiCo Labs function (e.g., Training, Knowledge Management, Process documentation, etc.)
* Manage and coordinate logistics for sector, functional and Labs program meetings with internal and external participants
Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required
* Experience/exposure in technology and digital innovation
* Knowledge of PepsiCo's businesses
* Experience in Consumer and/or Commercial functional areas a bonus, e.g., Marketing, Insights, Digital Commerce, Sales
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new tools quickly
* Strong teamwork, professionalism, and interaction with all management levels
* Effective communication skills, strong collaboration skills and an impeccable standard of excellence
* Results-driven with timely task completion
* Ability to handle multiple priorities, including the ability to make clear and timely decisions
