**Job Summary**
Eurest is seeking a strategic and accomplished **Resident District Manager (RDM)** to oversee and elevate food service operations at Mohegan Sun, one of the nation's premier Hotel, Resort, and Casino destinations. This high-visibility position calls for a dynamic and results-driven leader with a deep passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and building trusted client partnerships. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leads, manages, and inspires a diverse team at a large account, with the goal of providing top-notch service to the client.
+ Drives and develops self and team at the account towards building strong relationships with the client(s) and achievement of key performance indicators (profitability, safety, employee engagement, etc.)
+ May serve on district leadership team, and participates in ongoing conversations with peers to share best practices, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build community

+ Supports functional areas of operation, including but not limited to safety, marketing, nutrition and culinary
+ Ensures adherence to local, state, federal and company policies, and conducts unit audits to ensure conformance for key areas (e.g. food storage, sanitation)
+ Champions development within the account; conducts performance evaluations, along with succession planning for the account; has full understanding of all roles within operation
+ Owns the financial results for the account, and works with leadership to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
+ Ensures consistent and fair administration of al policies and procedures
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree and minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in foodservice or hospitality management.
+ Is well-versed in all aspects of foodservice management with a proven track record of success
+ Has proven track record of leading a business and a team, strong customer service, and good business and financial acumen
+ Demonstrates strong initiative, critical thinking, ownership, communications (listening, written, and verbal), multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills

The Float Chef plays an active leadership role in personnel management, including hiring, coaching, counseling, training, and developing team members. Boarding school accounts operate seven days a week (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), though the schedule follows the academic calendar with school holidays off.

**Job Summary**
We're currently seeking a **Senior Director of Food and Nutrition Services** for an 800+ bed acute care hospital. This high-impact role oversees daily foodservice operations and leads a team of 200+ associates and managers. Success in this role hinges on strong client relationship management, operational excellence, and talent development.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage department operations within budget while maximizing client value
+ Ensure superior food quality for patients, visitors, and staff
+ Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments
+ Foster professional growth across the team
+ Integrate dining services with the hospital's broader operational goals
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred (or Associate's degree with equivalent experience)
+ Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience
+ 2-4 years of direct foodservice operational management, including inventory and purchasing
+ Strong grasp of food trends, quality standards, sanitation, cost control, and presentation
+ Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed services is a plus
