Job Title: Converter Operator -Class I Union Shift: 6:55 AM - 7:00 PM Pay Rate: $26.89 per hour About the Role: The Converter Operator - Class I plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality asphalt production. Reporting to the Asphalt Production Leader and Operations Leader, this position is responsible for maintaining safety standards, environmental compliance, product quality, and cost efficiency. The Converter Operator fosters a collaborative work environment, coaches team members, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer requirements and maximize plant performance.
