Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The following duties are normal for this position. The omission of specific statements of the duties does not exclude them from the classification if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment for this classification. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Opens/closes solid waste convenience center each day, following established procedures; secures premises.
Assists the general public with disposal of refuse at convenience center; provides information and guidance concerning proper separation of refuse and disposal procedures.
Assesses materials brought into convenience center; identifies nature of materials; determines whether materials are appropriate to be disposed of at convenience center; explains options for disposal of hazardous materials, toxic materials, or otherwise non-disposable materials; directs customers with non-disposable materials to landfill or elsewhere as appropriate.
Directs customers in the proper separation of disposable materials; monitors activities to ensure placement of materials into appropriate bins.
Provides status reports pertaining to convenience center operations to appropriate personnel; reports compactor gauge readings, damages, problems, or other matters to supervisor; reports unauthorized dumping, accidents, damages, fires, or other problems to supervisor or other officials as appropriate.

Cleans/maintains areas around trash bins and compactors; cleans/maintains convenience center building and related facilities. Ensures all spills are clean appropriately and immediately.

Whilst we provide a number of services in MLB and MiLB, your primary focus will be live operational delivery of our tracking technology for MLB games during MLB Spring Training and the Regular Season. Before the season starts, you will be provided comprehensive technical training, and once the season is underway, you'll be based in our Atlanta Office, operating the baseball tracking system for our clients around the country.
Due to the nature of live Baseball operations, in-season, you will need to be prepared to work nights and weekends. Pre-season, you may also be required to travel within the US on maintenance and/or new system installation visits.
What Does A Typical Day Look Like?
On any given day, you could expect to be involved in any of the following:
During the pre-season, we build and prepare our hardware and equipment for on-site installations.
Conducting pre-game checks of the systems.
Solving problems promptly when issues arise.
Reporting issues accurately when they can't be fixed in-game and need further escalation.
Operating the technologies during the game remotely from the Atlanta Office.
Liaising with MLB and MLB Teams personnel, both on-site and remotely.
Providing real-time, quality data to MLB / MLB Teams.
Taking full responsibility for our data integrity.

What You'll Be Doing:
Enter/edit data related to production of merchandise, generate/distribute reports by department, perform system back-ups, and other duties as assigned. Interacts with D/C Leadership teams to ensure issues are resolved related to ticket/label production. Generate, print and sort tickets for distribution to the warehouse staff by department, perform minor repair on ticketing/copy machines, involves frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. You will also be involved with the following:
Operating PC's, laser and high-low speed printing labels, distributions and tickets to maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
Create manual tickets and labels as necessary.
Operate cutters stackers to ensure labels, distributions and tickets are cut accurately and efficiently.
Sort, file and match tickets to distributions, store labels, T's and locator cards.
Deliver tickets to appropriate areas.
Monitor equipment and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Clean equipment and contact equipment vendors for repairs as necessary.
Track supply usage and reorder stock.
Assist other operators and associates as necessary
Perform special projects as assigned.
