What we're looking for
We're looking for a GTM systems and automation expert who can turn business processes into scalable, reliable GTM systems. You might have a background in Business Systems Analytics, GTM Ops / RevOps, or Automation Engineering- what matters is that you're great at building AI-first workflows, automations, and lightweight internal tools.
You bring:
Strong experience building automations in n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, Clay, and/or HubSpot.
Deep CRM experience, including object architecture, deal management, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
Experience enabling GTM processes for Marketing, Sales, and/or CS.
Ability to design clear system logic and build tools that teams love to use.
Experience with building chatbots/AI agents, scripting, and builder tools like Lovable.
What you'll do
Work side-by-side with Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Build GTM workflows and automations in n8n, Clay, and HubSpot (lead scoring, routing, qualification, alerts).
Create and maintain AI chatbots and agents for tasks like research, enrichment, and meeting prep.
Configure HubSpot and other GTM systems to support Sales and CS processes (deal management, handoffs, alerts).
Connect GTM tools into one cohesive stack-and evolve that stack as we scale.
Build internal UIs and apps in Lovable for GTM teams.
Improve data quality, process consistency, and system reliability across GTM tools.
Prototype and ship new automation capabilities as Lovable scales.
You'll thrive here if you
Love building automations that save teams time and eliminate manual work.
Enjoy mapping messy processes into clean, scalable system logic.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates.
Prefer simple, maintainable solutions over complexity.
Work quickly, iterate, and take ownership of systems end-to-end.
Want to empower Sales, CS, and Marketing with tools that make them superhuman.
