As the Digital Brand Manager, Global Communications, you'll be responsible for overseeing and shaping Concord's overall online presence by developing and executing strategies across social media, SEO/GEO, and other digital channels. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution-including content creation, paid advertising, and performance analysis-to strengthen Concord's brand reputation in the industry and outside world. Works under General Supervision.
Responsibilities
What you'll do:
Develop and oversee Concord's corporate social media strategy, leveraging social media marketing tools to maintain and strengthen brand presence
Create, curate, and collaborate with marketing and publicity teams in four business areas to deliver compelling brand stories and cohesive Concord brand appearance
Implement GEO optimization strategies to enhance discoverability and ensure accurate, effective messaging
Coordinate updates to key corporate landing pages in partnership with Concord's web designer
Oversee the maintenance, accuracy, and updates of Concord-related Wikipedia pages and other online profiles
Manage the planning, purchase, design, and execution of digital and social advertising campaigns
Stay informed on social media trends and platform changes, providing guidance to the Global Comms team on relevant shifts affecting communication strategies
Measure, analyze, and report on digital and social performance relative to industry benchmarks and competitors, applying insights to inform creative and strategic decisions
Build and maintain relationships with key industry thought leaders and representatives from major social platforms (FB, IG, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Monitor and report on Concord's brand presence and narrative across social media and other online environments
Engage with community members in alignment with Concord's voice, values, and brand objectives
Support increased executive team visibility by guiding participation in conversations related to their areas of expertise
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What you'll need:
3-5 years of digital brand management, preferably on the corporate level
Creativity and proficiency with content design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing everyone from IG followers to senior executives
You recognize that social media doesn't sleep, and find clever and unexpected ways to engage our audience at peak hours
In-depth understanding of social Media reporting and listening platforms (i.e. Sprout) and of current digital trends

The responsibilities of the ACx Commissioning Engineer (CxE) include, but are not limited to, oversight and coordination of multi-discipline division of work related to design review and commissioning of Amazon critical infrastructure for new construction and special projects.
