Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):
A person in this position is responsible to safely drive a class B or C vehicle, not requiring a CDL, to regularly

warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, reconditioning used

At close of business hours, all windows and doors of vehicles will be closed and locked, and keys returned to office.
Complete deliveries and return to the Bake Shop as promptly as possible.
Keep all doors clear except during pickup and delivery.
Vehicles will be parked in assigned parking.
Operate gate lifts with diligent care and safety.
Cross train in other duties as the opportunities arise.
Accurately complete all paper work per instructions from supervisors with all required signatures.
Check all pick tickets. If tickets are incorrect, bring back to Bake Shop and notify your supervisor
Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and manner at all times.
Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
