Heather Ohlinger is a Vice President - People & Culture U.S. at Creation Technologies and Chief People & Culture Officer at Creation Technologies and is based in Greater Milwaukee Area. She has worked as People & Culture Generalist - Milwaukee at Creation Technologies and People & Culture Leader - Milwaukee at Creation Technologies. Heather attended University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1995 and 1997 and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 1993 and 1995.

Weston joined Nortek as Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2015. Prior to joining Nortek, he was at Invensys plc where he served in a number of HR leadership positions over nine years, including Chief Human Resources Officer. Weston has led significant HR and business transformations, coordinating decisions and change management activities in over 50 countries and across multiple businesses. He has worked for a number of different organizations in his native UK and in the US, including a UK Police Service, and prior to Invensys, Wrigley in Chicago, IL. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Thames Valley University in the UK.

Patrick Freytag is a Chief Financial Officer at Creation Technologies and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. He has held senior leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, Staples, J P Morgan Invest, and others. An alumnus of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, Tom holds a B.S. in computer science from the College of William & Mary.
