As the Store Experience Print Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the end-to-end production processes of all in-store signage projects. + Collaborate with other staff to maintain Enterprise Procurement Process Manual and templates: manages changes to the current Enterprise Procurement Process Manual and templates working directly with other internal stakeholders as necessary.
+ Accurately and comprehensively identify contractual risks and associated dangers (e.g,, limitation of liability, waiver of consequential damages, etc.) for purposes of escalation to Senior Leadership to properly investigate and advise various levels of CVS management on contractual issues thoroughly.
+ Work with various areas of the company Legal, Sourcing (both IT and Non-IT), Information Technology Security Team, Risk Management Dept., Privacy Legal Team, Vendor Assessment Team, Compliance Dept., Internal Audit Dept., Tax Dept., various Finance areas i.e. IT Finance, FP&A, External Reporting to discuss new developments warranting inclusion in contract templates. IT Network Analyst for the Voice Team will be deploying and supporting enterprise voice technologies with a focus on voice services including but not limited to Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC's and SIP. This position is responsible for deploying and supporting as well as enhancing complex data and voice communication networks: 1) Research and development of voice, contact center & networking technologies; 2) Understand business requirements and design solutions to meet requirements; 3) Develop project plans and coordinate across IT functions 4) Implementation of new technology and systems, installation and maintenance of infrastructure; 5) and contribution to establishing and maintaining standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in the data/voice communications field preferred
- Expert level understanding of Cisco UC technologies is required
- Must have familiarity with troubleshooting and maintaining Ribbon SBCs preferred
- Experience setting up and maintaining Cisco CUCE appliances also preferred
- Experience standing up and maintaining new CUCM/CUC/Cisco Satellite servers required
- Experience with migrating large groups of phones to CUCM required
- Experience setting up international dialing on a Cisco voice gateway preferred
- Experience troubleshooting Cisco IP Communicator, Cisco Jabber, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Team and Zoom required
- Familiarity with Agile methodology preferred
- Experience with troubleshooting tools Wireshark, Splunk and RTMT preferred
- Experience integrating Axis intercoms and paging systems, as well as Poly conference phones with CUCM preferred
- Experience using West Safety Systems platform required

The purpose of a Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS or Medical Scribe) at Oak Street Health is to support our primary care providers with clinical documentation so that they can focus on providing exceptional care to our patients. Scribes assist providers throughout the patient care journey - huddling each morning to plan for the day's visits, joining them in the exam room to observe and document, and touching base after the visit to assist with next steps.
Beyond the typical Scribe role, these important care team members serve as clinical documentation assistants to their paired provider. Internally, we call them CISs (Clinic Informatics Specialists) in recognition of their important role in supporting accurate, specific, and timely clinical documentation. In addition to observing and documenting all patient encounters in real time, our Scribes become experts in our value-based care model and the documentation and care of chronic conditions, including ICD-10 and CPT coding. Scribes use this expertise to help providers identify and help close care gaps. Scribes receive extensive on-the-job training in clinical workflows, value-based medicine, preventative care for chronic conditions, accurate and specific documentation, population health data streams, and team based care.
Because our patients and providers rely on our Scribes, the ideal candidate should commit at least 1-2 years to this role.
