Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems. Proficiency with diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals. Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics. Comfortable with MIG welding is a plus. Certifications & Training: A minimum of two ASE Certifications within the first 6 months of employment (we'll reimburse you!). T-series ASE Certifications are highly valued.
