This role is critical in bridging the gap between raw healthcare data and actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust data pipelines while developing predictive models and analytics that improve health outcomes and operational efficiency. This role will work on a hybrid basis out of any location within the United States local to a CGI office.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
DataEngineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest healthcare data (Claims, EMR/EHR, Pharmacy, and Lab results).
Model Development: Develop and deploy machine learning models for risk stratification, disease prediction, and utilization management.
Healthcare Interoperability: Work with healthcare data standards, including FHIR, HL7, and ICD-10/CPT coding.
Data Quality: Ensure the integrity and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff and business stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, visual stories and strategic recommendations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
