Review and enter customer Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor and process POs received through the Lake Air Sales mailbox.
Verify quotes, pricing, and lead times using Part Advisor and customer quote queries.
When pricing validation expires, enter price check quotes and confirm pricing lists are current.
Accurately enter sales orders and jobs into the ERP system to support production scheduling and labor allocation.
Route questions or issues (e.g., pricing discrepancies, late orders, lead-time issues) to the appropriate team member or customer contact.
Review contracts and PO terms, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM system.
Support continuous improvement by following and suggesting updates to safety and order-entry processes.

* Create and update Salesforce and Cognos Analytics reports to provide recruiters with time-sensitive information about their prospective students.

This position provides administrative support to the District Attorney's Office Diversion Program through data entry and general administrative support. This position works directly with the Diversion Program Supervisor to collect and enter program/participant data into appropriate software programs, as well as calculate outcome and performance measures for the program.
This is an on-site, grant funded position that is secured through 2026, with the potential for annual extensions contingent on approval.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Enters demographic and program data into appropriate software suites for the St. Croix County Diversion Program.
Provides case management support for the Diversion Program.
Calculates and maintains data for program performance and outcome measures.
Compiles, generates, and finalizes graphs, charts, etc. for performance and outcome measures. Quarterly, yearly, and as requested.
Maintains program participant lists where data is derived.
Drafts letters and documents as needed.
Opens and closes case files.
Scans, attaches, copies documents.
Completes referrals for ancillary services.
Contacts ancillary service providers as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
