This position plays a crucial role in monitoring inventory and ensuring that production yields products are properly accounted for and stored. Responsible for orchestrating the movements and storage of goods in a warehouse. Monitors all warehouse stock movements to ensure that F.I.F.O. procedures are followed in order to minimize waste, and ensure system's perpetual inventory correctly reflects the actual physical inventory. Responsibilities: Monitor and examine production yields and report shortage to management. Ensure all inventory control procedures are strictly adhered to. Monitor systems and inventory labelling for shipping supply replenishment. Support in completing stock adjustments, transfers, cycle counts and material picking and packing. Support weekly, quarterly, annual cycle counts. Receiving, documenting, processing, labeling, storing and general management of all incoming stock and general warehouse functions. Works closely with supply chain operations to track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Prepare detailed reports on product aging yields. Comply with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Maintain the activities of the warehouse and partner with all staff to effectively support inbound and outbound operations.
