This role blends physical product design with digital interface development, ensuring seamless integration between form, function, and user interaction across our award-winning propulsion systems, controls, and digital displays. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in UI or digital interface design Strong portfolio demonstrating both physical product design and UI/UX work Proficiency in tools such as Alias, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma or Adobe XD Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing for digital displays, touch interfaces, or embedded systems Familiarity with marine, automotive, or outdoor recreation industries Passion for boating, marine technology, or outdoor adventure Strong storytelling and visual communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles The anticipated pay range for this position is $84,500 - $136,100 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus program. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
