**Required Skills:**
Content Designer Responsibilities:
1. Design, write, edit and test clear, compelling in-product language to help users and teams meet their goals. This includes product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Meta products and experiences
2. Apply systems thinking to the product, whether it's defining extensible design system guidance, conducting audits of existing experiences or creating information architecture
3. Use your familiarity with how code works in software. This may involve doing things like updating language in code with internal tools, reviewing code to ensure the in-product language is as intended, or creating the logic to personalize the experience for a user
4. Give and solicit feedback from your UX design peers in service of building the best products
5. Create high-fidelity design mocks using existing components in Figma, and use them to present design solutions
6. Collaborate daily with peers in every discipline, including engineering, design, research, marketing and data science, to take products from conception to launch
7. Partner with our internationalization team to ensure product experiences are of the highest quality in every language
8. Demonstrate sound judgment and influence product decisions, team direction and strategy. This includes identifying potential risk for users or the company, and aligning stakeholders around significant decisions by illustrating product tradeoffs
9. Independently and proactively identify and work on projects that span multiple teams. This may involve facilitating or co-facilitating design sprints and workshops to kick off these projects
10. Build internal community, provide mentorship and develop skills of other content designers

Senior Industrial Engineer ZAGG is a global leader in mobile accessories, driving innovation in device protection, power, and productivity through its ZAGG and mophie product lines. As a Senior Industrial Designer at ZAGG you will research product trends; develop, select and refine concepts; and work with our engineers and overseas partners to complete detailed designs for some of the best device protection and productivity products in the world. As part of the industrial design team, you will focus on ongoing research into target user requirements, new materials, technologies, processes, and design trends that can be incorporated into the company's product portfolio and push the envelope of what can be done.

Key Responsibilities
1. Concept Development:
* Lead the brainstorming and ideation process to generate innovative product concepts.
* Apply your creative skills and experience to develop sketches, prototypes, and models to visualize and communicate design ideas.
* Create designs that produce lasting connections between our products and our customers
2. Product Design:
* Develop detailed product designs using various CAD software and other design tools.
* Ensure designs meet ergonomic, functional, and aesthetic requirements.
* Develop and maintain a consistent ZAGG brand Visual Design Language across multiple product lines.
* Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
* Review CAD from contract manufacturers to ensure all design elements are maintained through Design for Manufacturing.
3. Project Management:
* Oversee multiple design projects from concept to production.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing.
* Ownership over project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
* Self-directed, focused on objectives, processes, and staying on task under minimal supervision
4. Research and Trends Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify new design trends, materials, and technologies.
* Analyze competitor products and industry standards to inform design decisions.
5. Prototyping and Testing:
* Develop and test prototypes to evaluate design performance and user experience.
* Iterate designs based on testing results and user feedback.
* Prepare files for 3D printing and running the 3D printer.
6. Collaboration:
* Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and manufacturable.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand identity and market strategy.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns.
7. Documentation and Presentation:
* Prepare detailed design documentation including specifications, drawings, CMF documents
* Present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders
8. Compliance and Standards:
* Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
* Develop standards for ZAGG brand product compliance
* Stay updated on changes in design standards and best practices.

Technical Skills:
* Highly proficient in the most up to date 3D modeling and rendering software.
* SolidWorks
* Keyshot
* Fusion360 (nice to have but not required)
* Proficient in:
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe InDesign
* Microsoft Word & Excel.
* Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.
Creative Skills:
* Strong aesthetic sense

* Proficient with traditional hand sketching through to digital drawing

This position supports the engineering and design needs of the control panel and process electrical design. This position will engage with various internal and external resources to gather data for best-in-class design and final products. External resources include manufacturer representatives and customer personnel.
Responsibilities
* Develop electrical and controls system design solutions based on engineering principles.
* Evaluate P&IDs to determine I/O requirements.
* Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and BOM's.
* Design and facilitate production of control panels per NEC & UL standards.
* Maintain a neat, clean, and efficient work area daily.
* Develop and execute QC process for quality assurance.
* Provide support to field electricians to ensure projects are completed as scheduled.
Qualifications
* Experience designing industrial electrical control systems.
* Experience in Electrical Construction Drawings
* Must have knowledge and understanding of AC / DC power circuits, pushbuttons, circuit breakers, power supplies, overloads, contactors, relays, motors, VFD's, PLC's
* Must have knowledge of National Electrical Code (NFPA 70)
* Design to UL Standards for Industrial Control Panels (UL508A) (preferred)
* Able to interpret NEC for Control Panel to meet the NEC and or field installation.
* Calculate conductor sizing, de-rating, temperature de-rating.
* Design to hazardous location requirements for class 1, class 2, division 1 & 2 requirements. (preferred)
* Design to IS requirements (UL698) (preferred)
* Perform three phase and single-phase load calculations
* Perform SCCR calculations
* Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
* Safety-minded and follow safety regulations
* Valid Driver's License
Travel
Potential for up to 25% travel to client sites to evaluate and detail clients existing conditions.
Specific/Special Skills
* Strong software knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

About the opportunity: Assistant Structural Designer
We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Structural Designer to help us achieve our company mission. This person will be part of the Civil/Structural team, which is responsible for developing designs for structural layouts in facilities such as refineries, distilleries, and consumer packaging facilities. C&I is an employee-owned, full-service engineering design firm providing engineering/design/project management and procurement services to various clients
Responsibilities include:
Create structural steel, reinforced concrete, and site design drawings.
Use 3D modeling software to design structures. (CADWorx is preferred).
The Structural Designer uses AutoCAD and/or Microstation.
Assists others in gathering field information with supervision.
Check own work for completeness before submitting it to leads.
Files plots, and checks prints in the project discipline file.
Minimum requirements:
2-year technical degree with a specialization in computer-aided drafting and design, along with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree from an engineering program with 3 years of relevant experience.
Driver's license
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
