The Fire Sprinkler Systems Designer will be responsible for developing comprehensive fire sprinkler system designs, preparing accurate design layouts using AutoSprink and Revit software, conducting system testing, performing detailed research to ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety codes, and collaborating with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines and safety standards are met.

Essential Position Functions:

* Create drafts using AutoCAD, Spatial Net, or other related software.

Submit drawings to appropriate authorities (building or fire) in a timely manner to ensure that permits and approvals will be secured prior to scheduled start of installation. All submittals shall include the correct number of plans, calculations and all related material submittal data. Design Technician will also be responsible for submitting to contractors, insurance companies, owners, or other interested parties as required by contract documents. This position will report directly to the Content Marketing Manager and is focused on the full spectrum of corporate in-house design responsibilities. In cooperation with other members of the Marketing Team, you will be integral to the design, development and production of print and digital marketing materials that comply with our corporate branding standard. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop print and digital marketing materials
Create/update in-house collateral documents, tradeshow graphics, animations, social media posts, PowerPoint templates
Create design elements and graphics for use in web display
Video editing and animation projects
Communicate and work with other members of the Content Marketing Team
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects
Must have experience in typography, layout, branding and image manipulations
Web design and HTML knowledge a plus
Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to provide a portfolio or .pdf examples of completed relevant design work
Must be flexible, detailed, team-oriented and committed to having a good time while doing a great job
