This role is critical to ensuring our fleet operates efficiently, safely, and reliably to meet our project demands and delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and equipment, including oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, electrical systems, and hydraulic problems in diesel engines and equipment. Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues and determine the necessary repairs. Rebuild, replace, or repair major components of diesel engines, such as heads, blocks, starters, and transmissions. Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
