Skills & Qualifications Required: A high school diploma or GED Excellent proven electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously changing field Ability to work overtime on short notice High-level communication and organization skills, as well as a positive attitude toward customer service Basic computer knowledge Ability to manually lift and maneuver heavy objects, parts, equipment, and materials required Ability to work under little supervision Preferred: Previous experience in repairing submersible pumps or other rotating equipment generally found in water and wastewater facilities A degree in mechanics or electronics from a technical or vocational school Why Work With Us?
